Minimum Order and Value for Normal Production Orders- Min. Order Quantity and Value for wooden & Metal Items : 30 or 50 or 100 pieces per item depending upon the size and the value of the item. Min Value US$ 2000.00

- Min. Order Quantity and Value for Jewellery : 100 pieces per design / style per colour. Min Value US$ 2000.00

Small & Other Orders for Immediate delivery from our Ready Stock
We accept small orders for immediate delivery / immediate supply from our Ready Stock Items. We regularly make and keep ready 50 of our Best Selling Wooden Gifts, Furniture & Tiles in Ready Stock from which we can make quick shipments. The minimum value of such an order must be US$ 1000.00 FOB New Delhi, payable at the time of placing the order.
Delivery Schedules
Are as follows, depending upon the product range and the order :- 10 to 12 weeks.
- A shorter period for urgent or repeat orders.
- For handmade tiles we may at times require a longer period.
- Immediate for items ordered from our Ready Stock of Best Selling Items.

For orders above US$ 3000.00- Advance T/T (Wire Transfer) for the full amount.

- 40 % advance deposit, balance 60% after inspection before shipment.
Packing & Packaging
Wooden items : One item in one box. Each item is wrapped in bubble / cushioned paper and then it is placed in an inner box. Inner boxes are placed in an outer / master carton of export quality. Each master carton does not weigh more than 25 Kilos. We provide free of cost a colour picture of the items that is packed inside the inner box and the master carton.
Tiles : 10 tiles (of any particular size) are packed in a breakage proof thermo foam inner box. The inner boxes go into an outer cardboard export carton. One outer carton contain 120 pcs of the 6 x 6 inch, 3 x 8 and the 6 inch round tiles. For all of the other size of tiles we pack 240 tiles on one carton.
Jewellery, Accessories, Lifestyle items and Christmas Decoratives are all carefully cushion packed as required by the customers.
Customized Packaging:
Can be done at an additional charge. Options like Printed gift boxes, PVC Boxes, Shrink Packaging, Bar coding, Logo stickers, Hangtags are available at nominal prices.
Our Catalogue for you:
We provide our complete catalogue on CD (free of cost) after satisfactory customer evaluation.
Your Catalogue of our products:
We help you make your catalogue of our products by doing digital photography of the required items. We give you the digitals in any format and software that you may require for printing of your catalogue. These services are provided free of cost for our customers. We can also design (under your guidance) and print your catalogues in India at a very reasonable / low cost.
