Q1. Do we have competitors?
We do not have any competition for our Tiles & Wooden home use items decorated with tiles. These items are exclusive and are not available from any other source in the world. Being exclusive, these items offer a very good business apportunity for our customers & dealers.

Q2. How are we different from our competitors?
Our philosophy is based on ethics. We take pride in and gain a lot of satisfaction from Conceptualizing, Visualizing, Creating, Interacting and Selling. Making money is only one part of what we believe in and what we do. Transparency, fair dealing and customer satisfaction leads to business and profit. If we do not have satisfied customers, we do not have business. We believe business is generated through good relationships. We are happy to cater to the customer’s requirements so that we can create good business opportunities for the customers and for ourselves.

Q3. Do we accept small orders?
Yes, we accept small orders of a value or US$ 1000 for our best selling ‘Ready Stock’ items of wooden Gifts, Furniture & Tiles for immediate delivery.

Q4. Can we make immediate delivery or immediate shipment?
Yes we can. This is explained above in Q3.

Q5. Is there a discount available?
Yes, for orders more than 20,000 USD we provide a discount depending upon the ordered items.

Q6. What is the sample policy?
Some samples (may not be the exact items required) similar to the desired items may be provided free of cost on the condition that the Courier Charges / airfreight etc. are paid by the buyer. We always provide high-resolution digital images of the products required which give the buyer a very clear idea of the product under consideration. The delivery time for the sample or samples depends on the item and the availability circumstances.

Q7. What shipping/packing policy is followed normally?
One item in one box. For wooden items : Each item is wrapped in bubble / cushioned paper and then it is placed in an inner box. Inner boxes are placed in an outer / master carton of export quality. Each master carton does not weigh more than 25 Kgs. We provide free of cost a colour picture of the items that is packed inside the inner box and the master carton.

We use 3 to 5 ply rating inner corrugated boxes. The outer boxes or master cartons are made of 7 or 9 ply. Customized packaging can be provided as per the requirement of the customer. Logo printing, bar coding or labeling and can be designed, printed and made as per the customer’s need at very nominal costs.

Q8. What are the shipment delivery options available?
By Sea, Air, Courier, or otherwise as preferred.

Q9.What payment options are there?
Irrevocable L/C at sight or Wire Transfer T/T for the full amount.
40% advance by Wire Transfer T/T and the balance by T/T after inspection before shipment.
By Visa or Master Credit card in advance

Q10. What are the pricing terms?
The prices are quoted in US Dollars FOB New Delhi Port. FOB Mumbai (Bombay)
Port prices are given on request.

Q11. Can the items specifications be changed which are shown on this site?
Customization is provided free of cost. We are happy to help our customers create with our help the items, the look, the dimensions and the finish they require.

Q12. What assistance and design facilities are available for your ideas & products?
We are versatile, well equipped and well staffed to help you create and convert your ideas into products made from different materials with the assistance of our experienced craftsmen.

Q13.How can I see a range of a specific product category?
You can request us by email for the sample photos of the product category in which you are interested in and we shall send you pictures of those along with prices and specifications as may be required.
